Navigational Warning
A navigational warning is intended to notify mariners of urgent matters, including firing exercises at sea, wrecks, underwater obstacles, rocks and driftages, by fax or through radio broadcast to the Korea Coast Guard, National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, Korea Broadcasting System, NAVAREA XI (JAPAN) and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
